The two new gateways continue their innovative hot-swap design to support GSM/FXS interfaces with superior voice quality and performance.
The VS-GW1202-8G and VS-GW1202-16S with the Modular Design come with 2 plug-in gateway modules and 2 Ethernet ports which could support 8 GSM channels and 16 FXS ports respectively, developed for interconnecting a wide selection of codecs, including G.711A, G.711U, G.729, G.722, G.723, G.726 & GSM, to quickly reduce telecommunication expenses and maximize cost-savings. Particularly, the GSM gateways can support diverse SIP, IAX2(coming soon) signaling protocol. With the unique design of the VoxStack Gateway, they can support hot-swap for gateway modules. Users can simply add or remove the modules for hardware expansion or exchange. Each gateway module runs an independent asterisk system inside. With the same size as VS-GW1200-4G/8S, they are easy to use and space saving. What’s more, they can save quite a lot shipping cost comparing with the VS-GW1600-8G/16S.
With the two new models, Voxstack gateway provides a wide range selection of different density gateway interfaces to our customers.
