The C220 replaces the C200 as the new entry-level powerhouse, featuring a larger 2.3-inch high-contrast dot-matrix screen (132×64), support for 6-way audio conferencing, and an expanded 1,000-entry local phonebook (up from 500). It retains essential business features like HD voice, PoE support, dual Ethernet ports, and robust SIP compatibility.
Meanwhile, the C421 succeeds the C401,which boasts a vibrant 2.8-inch full-color LCD (320×240) and scales up to 12 SIP accounts—triple the capacity of the C401’s 4 lines. The C421 introduces 21 intelligent DSS keys with customizable LED indicators, enabling dynamic BLF, speed dial, and presence monitoring across multiple pages without external expansion modules.
Both models support modern networking standards including IPv6, LLDP, VLAN, QoS, and 802.1x authentication, and are fully compatible with leading UC platforms such as Asterisk, 3CX, FreeSWITCH, Issabel, and Microsoft Teams (via SBC). Auto-provisioning via TR-069, HTTP(S), and DHCP Option 66 ensures rapid deployment at scale.
